HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING

Free shipping in Belgium for orders of €75 and more.                        

For orders below €75 we charge €6,40.                   

It takes 2-5 working days.

Free shipping in The Netherlands, France, Germany and Luxembourg for orders of €100 or more.

For orders below €100 we charge €10,95 shipping costs.

It takes 5-14 working days.

 

The shipping costs will be added during checkout based on the delivery address.

When your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail which includes a tracking link so you can monitor your delivery.

CAN I STILL CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us at shop@coquettestore.be.  We will try to adjust or cancel your order if the order has not been processed in our system.

 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

When a product is in stock, it shall be delivered to your delivery address within 2 to 5 working days. It can take longer for international shipment (5 to 14 working days). Deliveries are scheduled during office hours from Monday until Friday (except on holidays).

When your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail which includes a tracking link so you can monitor your delivery.

WILL I HAVE TO PAY ANY ADDITIONAL DUTIES & TAXES?

You will be liable for all import duties and customs. These will be due at the point of, or after delivery. Please be aware that Coquette does not have any control for any duties and customs levied by the country your order is being shipped to. We cannot advise you what the cost will be as these charges can vary according to country.  Since these fees are not computed nor applied to orders by Coquette, please contact your local customs office to find out more information if you are unsure of the charges.
