Return Policy
RETURNS
Unwanted or defect (see warranty policy) products may be returned if they are returned in a saleable condition within 14 days of receipt. Products must be unused and in their original packaging with garment tags and any other security devices or seals still attached and intact when they are returned to us. We reserve the right to consider the condition of any product that you wish to return and make any deductions if there are indications that the product, its tags, security devices or seals have been used, removed, broken or tampered with. Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone since the receipt of your product(s) and we didn't receive your return label within this period, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
The cost for the return is for the account and under the responsibility of the consumer. This includes any customs charges. The costs depend on the shipping method you choose.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over €50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Coquette recommends that a courier be used when returning products in order to be able to track the parcel via a Track and Trace number. Coquette can not be held responsible for the repayment of goods that are lost, stolen or damaged.
REFUND
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days after receipt of the return by Coquette, provided that all conditions as described above are strictly met.
If the customers addresses a wrong destination refund would not be possible. This is out of our responsibilities.
Wrong destination includes also not enough details about the delivery destination.
The products will be automatically returned to the supplier if the local post can not track the delivery destination.
This is in full responsibility of the customers.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SALE ITEMS
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send a request by filling out the return label and send your item to: Coquette, Ter Klare 7, 8554 Sint-Denijs, Belgium.
GIFTS
If your item was purchased with a gift voucher and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
